With proof of purchase email you will have up to 14 days to return it for a full refund.

You will need to make sure any original packaging is in tack and pay for your returns via Royal Mail.

In instances your order is returned to us due to incorrect address information, missed delivery, delivery window expiration or custom fees we shall contact you ASAP.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out after 14 days if you are still waiting on your package to arrive.
